Often mistaken for being an Ad Industry Guru, Jay began his career as a derivatives trader, a role that required constant filtering of information and profit-focused, thoughtful-decision making. After twenty years serving in senior securities industry roles, Jay migrated to the world of business leadership and by extension, brand marketing and strategic positioning. Jay has since served as a public company CEO and serial entrepreneur who has helped shape companies across the financial services, healthcare, consumer products, insurance, technology, e-commerce and professional services industries.
Because Jay has traversed a universe of corporate enterprises and fast-growth start-up cubicles, his experience and knowledge base provides our client/partners with a unique combination of seasoned and sage business insight, due-diligence skills, door-opening prowess and deal-closing talents. Jay's stand-out, "madmen-style" brand positioning and marcom footprints can be found across major corporations, niche industry leaders, innovative and market-disrupting enterprises. During the past 20 years, Jay has "spent more than 15 minutes" working with companies and senior executives within the financial services and fintech space, consumer products, new and digital media, e-commerce, insurance claims management and theme-entertainment sectors.

We take on no more than four (4) projects at any single time; our compensation is based
on a monthly retainer that is offset by success fees earned.
