After two decades serving in senior financial industry roles, including one in which Jay reported directly to the executive committee of one of the world’s biggest banks, he migrated to the world of business leadership, and by extension, he provides startup advisory, capital formation, brand marketing and strategic corporate positioning services.
In addition to above, Jay has served as CEO for a publicly-listed theme entertainment company and he has founded and sold several startup companies within the “fintech,” “insuretech” and consumer products sectors. In addition to Jay having a broad network of professional relationships, he is a trusted Consigliere to a discrete universe of CEOs whose companies operate within financial service silos, innovative technology landscapes, those advancing entrepreneurial initiatives within the framework of “martech,” “medtech,” “blocktech,” location-based entertainment, consumer products, and professional service industries.
Because Jay has traversed a universe of corporate portals and fast-growth start-up cubicles, his experience and knowledge base provides The JLC Group client/partners with a unique combination of seasoned business experience and sage insight, due-diligence disciplines, door-opening to influencers prowess and deal-closing talents.
